TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order, the following terms are applicable to AmCham invoices:

  • For membership invoices (Vorschreibung / VO):
    All invoices are payable within 30 days.
    The membership fee is exempt from value-added tax.


  • For all regular invoices (Ausgangsrechnung / AR):
    All invoices are payable immediately.
